At GI Construction, we recently completed a full kitchen remodel in Las Vegas for Naomi at her home in Summerlin. The goal of this project was to modernize the heart of the home with a fresh, functional layout, upgraded finishes, and a clean, contemporary aesthetic that fits the way the homeowners live and entertain.
GI Construction completely transformed our kitchen. The space feels brighter, more open, and so much more functional. The crew was professional, detailed, and great to work with from start to finish.
The Vision
Naomi wanted a modern kitchen that felt open, stylish, and built around everyday living. The existing kitchen felt dated and closed off, and the goal was to create a space that flowed better, offered more storage, and made cooking and gathering more enjoyable.

The Transformation
Our team started by reworking the layout to improve flow and usability, making the kitchen feel more open and connected to the rest of the home. We installed new cabinetry to maximize storage while keeping a streamlined, modern look.
The countertops were upgraded to provide a clean, durable workspace that anchors the design and brings everything together visually. We paired them with updated backsplash tile to add texture and personality without overwhelming the space.
New lighting was installed to brighten the kitchen and highlight the new finishes, while modern fixtures and hardware completed the transformation with a cohesive, polished feel.
