At GI Construction, we recently completed a stylish bathroom remodel in Summerlin that blends warm finishes with modern elegance. The homeowners wanted a shared bathroom that felt luxurious while still being highly functional for everyday use.

The Vision

The homeowners wanted a modern shared bathroom designed specifically for a couple, with matching finishes and a warm, upscale feel.

Their vision included dual sinks with gold hardware, elegant lighting, and a clean shower design that felt both timeless and inviting.

The Transformation

To achieve this look, our team installed dual bathroom sinks with gold-colored handles and fixtures, giving each homeowner their own dedicated space.

A custom wooden bathroom sink cabinet was added to provide ample storage while introducing natural warmth. We paired it with new bathroom mirrors and pendant lighting to create a balanced and refined vanity area.

Inside the shower, we installed new shower tile throughout, along with a built-in shower niche for organized storage. Gold accents were carried through with a gold towel rail and matching hooks, tying the entire design together.
