At GI Construction, we recently completed a unique bathroom and home remodel in Summerlin that blends spa-inspired comfort with modern living space upgrades. The homeowners wanted a relaxing bathroom retreat while also refreshing their living area with a striking fireplace upgrade that preserved its original character.
GI Construction did an amazing job on our Summerlin remodel. The bathroom feels like a luxury spa, and the fireplace update completely transformed our living room.
The Vision
The homeowners wanted a modern, spa-like bathroom paired with a refreshed living space that maintained its original charm.
Their goal was to create a clean, calming bathroom with high-end finishes while enhancing the fireplace with a bold yet timeless design that complements the home’s existing style.
The Transformation
In the bathroom, our team installed a floating bathtub that serves as a striking centerpiece, instantly creating a luxurious spa atmosphere.
The shower was completely upgraded with custom wall and floor tile, along with a decorative shower niche featuring pebble accents for both storage and visual interest. A frameless glass shower door was added to keep the space open and modern.
We also installed a new bathroom sink and matching cabinet, providing functional storage while maintaining a sleek, contemporary look that ties the entire bathroom together.
Beyond the bathroom, we remodeled the fireplace by adding stone veneer panels to create texture and contrast. The original wooden mantel was carefully preserved, allowing the fireplace to feel refreshed while honoring the home’s original character.
