Custom Fireplace Wall Remodel in Southern Highlands
At GI Construction, we recently completed a full home remodeling project in Southern Highlands focused on transforming a standard wall into a modern entertainment centerpiece.
The homeowners wanted a sleek and inviting feature wall that would combine warmth, lighting, and functionality while creating a bold visual statement in their living space.
GI Construction absolutely nailed our vision. The fireplace, lighting, and floating shelves turned our wall into something you’d see in a luxury home. The LED lighting really sets the mood at night.
The Vision
The homeowners wanted to upgrade their living room with a modern focal point that would enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Their goal was to create a clean, built-in look centered around a fireplace and entertainment setup.
They also wanted ambient lighting and display space to add personality and elevate the atmosphere of the room, especially during the evenings.
The Transformation
Our team renovated the existing wall and installed a custom electric fireplace paired with a sleek mantel, creating a contemporary and inviting centerpiece.
Above the fireplace, we mounted the TV to establish a streamlined entertainment area that keeps everything visually centered and organized.
On both sides of the fireplace, we installed floating shelves that provide space for décor, allowing the homeowners to personalize the area while maintaining a clean, modern look.
To enhance the overall design, we integrated LED accent lighting around the feature wall. The lighting adds a dramatic glow, highlights the architectural elements, and creates a warm, ambient atmosphere throughout the space.
The combination of materials, lighting, and layout results in a cohesive and high-end finish.
