At GI Construction, we recently completed a full interior flooring upgrade in North Las Vegas, transforming this home with sleek grey laminate flooring and a statement chandelier installation.
The homeowners wanted to replace outdated flooring and refresh the look of their space with something modern, durable, and cohesive from downstairs to upstairs.
GI Construction completely upgraded our home. The new grey flooring made everything look brighter and more modern, and the chandelier above the staircase is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship was top-notch from start to finish.
The Vision
The goal of this project was to create a seamless, updated look throughout the entire home. The existing flooring felt worn and outdated, and the homeowners wanted a clean, contemporary style that would flow consistently across both levels.
They also wanted to enhance the staircase area with a bold lighting feature that would elevate the entryway and make a lasting first impression.
The Transformation
We installed grey laminate flooring throughout the entire home, covering both downstairs and upstairs living areas. The new flooring provides a modern aesthetic while offering durability and easy maintenance for everyday living.
The consistent tone of the laminate creates visual continuity between rooms, making the space feel larger and more cohesive.
To complement the updated flooring, we installed a decorative chandelier above the staircase. The new fixture enhances the vertical space and adds a touch of elegance to the home’s interior design.
