This home remodel in North Las Vegas included a full-scale renovation with a focus on kitchen modernization, living room enhancements, and home additions.

GI Construction completely transformed our home! The new kitchen island, floating TV stand, and staircase lighting make the house feel modern and welcoming. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the process easy!
The Vision
To achieve this home remodel, we installed dark brown wooden kitchen cabinets with stainless steel handles, paired with a marble backsplash and countertops.
The design focused on creating a cohesive, modern aesthetic that blends style with practicality throughout the home.
The Transformation
We enhanced the kitchen with a custom island featuring a built-in sink and ample workspace, making it the central hub for cooking and entertaining. The combination of wood tones and marble creates a warm yet sophisticated look.
Step lighting along the staircase was added for both safety and elegance, while the living room received a floating TV stand to streamline the space and modernize its appearance.
Bedrooms and additional living areas were updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring and subtle accent walls, providing comfort and continuity throughout the home.
Modern fixtures and smart lighting were integrated to increase functionality while maintaining a sleek, cohesive design.
